ToolWorld Online (“Agenda”), based in Mexico, contact toolworldonline.com@gmail.com, runs this booking platform. Each business using Agenda is responsible for its own clients' data; Agenda processes it on the business's behalf.

Data we collect

Businesses: email, business name, phone, address and hours. Clients who book: name, email, phone (WhatsApp), optional note and appointment details. We do not collect sensitive or financial data.

Purposes

Creating and managing appointments, sending confirmations, reminders and cancellation notices, and letting the business contact its client about the appointment. We never sell or rent data or use it for advertising.

Providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting and database) and an email delivery provider, which receive only what is needed to run the service.

Retention

Client data is anonymized automatically 12 months after the appointment. A business can delete its account and all data at any time from Settings.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data. From your appointment link you can cancel and delete your data right away, or email toolworldonline.com@gmail.com; we reply within 20 business days.

Cookies

We only use a session cookie to keep businesses logged in and a language cookie. No tracking cookies.
